"We were living in Pennsylvania and needed to move to Maryland. Living out of state, we thought it best to rent first and then look for a new home to buy to avoid all the looking and buying from afar and hassles associated with such a big decision. Because we wanted to spend a large amount of money for rent, Joe kept nudging us to consider buying a home so as not to lose all the monthly rent. He even went to the properties and posted pictures of the interior to our personal web page so we could better understand the layout and feel of the homes. We decided on two properties, went down to see them, and settled on one to make an offer.

From that point on, Joe took care of everything and we just put getting our new home in Joe’s trusted hands. Joe constantly communicated with us and helped us with everything from the right offer price to the right lender and mortgage. He has great negotiating skills and, as our buyer’s agent, made sure our interest was covered during every step of the process. We are now happy in our new home in College Park Woods.
